HurricaneEye Bio

Hurricane Eye formed in 1992 as a four piece Rap-Metal band based out of Beverly, MA, pioneering a truly fierce sound. In 1994, Hurricane Eye forged a relationship with the sport of Kick-Boxing and eventually composed the anthem to the sport titled: "Rage Zone". During the early 90's, Hurricane Eye performed live at Kick-Boxing shows throughout Canada until they disbanded in 1996. Tim Long, the founder of Hurricane Eye, forged ahead with the name and began to compose Electronic music for the next several years, and in 2000, inked a deal with MTV's "Making The Video". At that time, Hurricane Eye transformed into a publishing company and produced music for MTV, Comcast, and Spike.

In 2003, the members of Hurricane Eye began writing music together again, and have written over 24 songs. Their ultimate goal is to get the music heard by music industry professionals, play it live, or to have it used for Film and TV. Stylistically, the music is heavy, dark, and well-arranged Metal. The vocal style has evolved from strictly rap to a melodic hybrid. Currently, the band plays live as an instrumental band and goes by the name Clintone - its focus is on impeccable lead guitar and innovative arrangements.
