While Little Rock, Arkansas is his home, he is excited about traveling near and far to show the world that “Quartet ain’t Dead” In the words of Pastor Stephen T. Robinson, of national recording artist Bishop Kenneth Robinson and Chosen, “This CD will bless you and minister to your spirit”.

Minister Walker is excited about the new season approaching in the Gospel music industry. He recently released his debut Album, “Jesus Working on Me” in late August of 2017. This Album features many of gospels on Anointed singers such as Bishop Kenneth Robinson of Chosen, Bishop Stephen T. Robinson of Chosen, and his mother, Thelma Bryant of The Hunter Sisters. This album is sure to please everyone no matter what type of gospel music you prefer. From contemporary, to foot stomping, and even the songs that brought us over, you will not be disappointed.

While Minister Walker is a very talented musician, in 2016, he and his brother in law, Producer Nicholas Matlock had a vision. It was time for Minister Walker to put down his lead guitar and minister through song. Although he began singing as a child with his mother and her group, The Hunter singers, playing the lead guitar is where he was most comfortable. Minister Walker has been blessed to share the stage with many different artists due to his gift of playing the lead. Artist such as Bishop Kenneth Robinson Sr., Doc McKenzie, Harvey Watkins and Canton Spirituals, The Racy Brothers, The Late Holmer Bud Molden, Jr., Paul Porter, Finney Harris and Zion Five, Bishop Paul Morton, Lisa Knowles-Smith, just to name a few.

With a heart set on pleasing God and ministering to His people, Minister Walker plans to sing about the goodness of Jesus. This is a new experience for him, but he is well equipped for the task at hand. As the Title of his album and first released song states, “Jesus Workn’ on Me” shows the world that while we are all a work in progress, as long as Jesus is doing the work, everything will be alright!
