Born and raised in East Atlanta, Decatur Georgia to be exact, Santos brings a true, authentic, and unique classic Atlanta sound. Growing up in Atlanta, Santos was born musically inclined gaining his initial musical experience in high school in the most unlikely of places, on the back of the school bus. Heated freestyle battles or singing competitions on the bus with beats produced by fists and school bus windows was the perfect escape for young Santos. It was at Chamblee High School with childhood friend and current Brennen Got Beats producer, Brennen Buckner that the musical career of Santos began. Since then, Santos has culminated an eclectic sound that mixes in sounds that birthed the southern Atlanta music empire with influences from the likes of Outkast, TLC, Kilo Ali. This sound is juxtaposed with a punk rock sound to create an evolutionary new breed of contemporary, alternative hip hop elements of which can be heard in Rockstar Rasta.
