Icarus

Icarus is a contemporary-rock band from Reykjavik, Iceland. Icarus weaves a complex tapestry of rock that include alternative, nu-metal and post-rock. Pretty melodies suddenly boil into huge walls of sound before simmering back down. The band spent the Summer of 2012 in NYC, where it recorded its debut EP, ‘Ephemeral,’ and played at illustrious venues including Fontana´s, Lit Lounge and The Bitter End.
