Ian Coulter-Buford (also known as I.C.B.) is an award winning American actor, pop recording artist, and songwriter born in Saint Louis, Missouri. Noted as one of St. Louis American’s “People On The Move,” Ian has been afforded great accolades for his electrifying stage presence, fun loving personality, and showmanship. With killer performances in national and international venues under his belt, he boasts a versatile repertoire from Broadway show tunes to gospel music. Growing up I.C.B. experienced an array of genres from artists like, George Benson, Brandy, Dolly Parton, B.B. King, and Celine Dion to name a few.
