Idaho Charley desires first and foremost to be recognized as a Songwriter; "I'm a songwriter; its a blessing and a curse, ya know- I have to write them down. There's never been a time, I can remember, when I haven't had to obey the muse and write them down".
Charley married the girl, they have eight children together and feels he has "cashed in on all the true riches of life".
A solo indi CD is in the works and Charley has a passion, "to continue playing live; right where the people live- like in their own home towns, at public settings, with the little babies dancing on the grass and the old folks smiling their approvals; grassroots".
