Bio

We were formed towards the end of this past summer. We used to be in various screamo, hardcore, and metal bands but got together one night to write some softer, more melody based music. The result was If I Told You Once, and two weeks later we recorded our first all acoustic EP, titled "Please Hold My Hair Because I Can't Hold My Liquor." All our friends could not get enough of our music, so what started as a fun little side project turned into something much more. We went back into the studio to record "Locus Classicus" which featured electric guitars, basses, drums, and various other eclectic instruments. Since then, we have sold over 400 copies of that to tons of people in Atlanta. All ages seem to appreciate our melodic music, as we have seen grandparents as well as preteens with a copy of our CD. Just a few days ago, we finished recording a short acoustic EP titled "Covers Yo", which is basically a short, 6 song EP of us playing some songs with piano and acoustic guitar. Our influences range from all the modern day emo/pop-punk bands like Fallout Boy and Taking Back Sunday to older, more classic bands like Elton John and James Taylor. When we write songs, we try to put melody over anything, because we really believe that's what sets us apart from everyone else. We add energy when it's needed, and take it away when it's not, but the melody is always strong.
