Based out of Ohio—Pop/Rock Singer/Songwriter, Melinda "Kamèl” Neal, known by her stage name Kamèl, explodes with talent yet remains humble. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does, no matter how big or small the project. This multi-talented artist constantly impresses and wins the hearts of her fans, band, producer, and a wide-range of listening audiences by Singing, Acting, Writing, and Modeling. She stands out because of her creativity, beautiful personality, professionalism, and multi-talent.

Kamèl has shared the stage with such known artist as: Michelle Williams, Mr. Del (Former 3-6 Mafia), and others; she has also been seen acting in commercials with TV Star Erik Estrada from "Chips" and on set with Lou Ferrigno "The Original Incredible Hulk”. She was also a lead singer for a Pop band named "Bump the DJ” where she performed cover songs in different cities throughout.

Kamèl currently performs with her new band, drawing crowds from her large fan base on Facebook, Youtube, and other social media networks. Kamèl is a member of BMI and has written a number of songs ranging from different genres of music, with her main focus being Pop, Alternative Rock, and Soul. She is currently working on her Debut Album with Grammy Nominated Producer, Donald Robinson, who produced Vanessa Williams' Pop hit song, "Dreamin", (No. 1 on the R&B charts and No. 6 on the pop charts); and has also produced for Rachelle Ferell, Stephanie Mills, Phyllis Hyman, Gladys Knight and many others.

Taxi is an extremely marketable single with strong marketablity to MADD, FADD, alcohol companies and other Don't Drink and Drive campaigns.
