Pender County's own Ike Ellis will be performing on stage with Atlanta Hip Hop group "Travis Porter" in Wilmington on April 3rd at the Rox for an unforgettable Easter Bash concert.
Being a UNC-Charlotte alumni, he wanted to pursue his education first and represent North Carolina by showcasing his talent before his fellow peers and town he loves. Driven to be a successful role model in his community, this past Thanksgiving he helped the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC at Wilmington by having a food drive for the homeless.
Although he is an underground artist in North Carolina, his impact has gotten the attention of the Hip Hop community with his radio hit "Camera Flashy" and crowd pleaser "New Money," as well as his performance with Hip Hop legends Slick Rick & Doug E. Fresh during CIAA.

Acquiring a humble persona and staying focused has been the key success for Ike Ellis in Hip Hop.
Coming from Woodside, North Carolina with big dreams and creating a lot of buzz with his new single
"Camera Flashy," has given him the opportunity again this year to be an opening act for Hip Hop Icons
Slick Rick and Doug E. Fresh. Ike Ellis received the stamp of approval from the two Hip Hop legends to
become a part of Hip Hop history on stage. He has created his own lane by creating a new tone in the
underground Hip Hop scene of North Carolina, which is mostly known for its college basketball and
Nascar. Every year in Charlotte, North Carolina the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association
Tournament host events that includes celebrities, greeks and sport icons.

IKE ELLIS symbolizes the strength of a sole survivor. He provides music with a message that has captivated listeners from Woodside, NC all the way to Africa. The reality of his music has been inspired by real life situations, and poverty. His musical influences such as Tupac, Andre 3000, Pastor Troy, UGK, has molded and shaped his style distinctively creating another tone in the underground hip hop scene of North Carolina. IKE ELLIS is from Woodside, North Carolina. IKE ELLIS has been creating hip hop music since 2000. He is the CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER of MIRROR ME MEDIA. IKE ELLIS has produced two official underground mix tapes (Unload & The Day Before I Got Rich), with over 4,000 copies distributed throughout North Carolina. MIRROR ME MEDIA is developing a strong marketing plan to dominate the unspoken for territory of North Carolina and create a 360 degree artist.
