KiTa is a sub-hardcore three piece band that will rock you all night long. iKiTa plays all originals with a cover thrown in here and there.
IKiTa was born in August 2002, when Zach (guitar) and Steve (drummer) found Tim (bass). They've been making music that any hardcore metal fan will love. Within three weeks of iKiTa forming, they were out in the bars raising a little hell and bringing the fans exactly what they asked for! They have an aggressive, high energy style with approximately two hours of play time. With influences like Pantera, Slayer, Mudvayne, Cradle of Filth and Fear Factory , iKiTa will leave you breathless with a sound of their own. You'll see their love for live performance with their stage persona. iKiTa is well diverse and plays well as an Headliner or opening act. Their dedication shows from the prestige of the venues played, such as Jester's Pub/ Fayetteville, Wolf's Den/Sanford, Duh-SkateZone/Fayetteville, The Phat Joint/Myrtle Beach (SC) and The Salty Dog/New Bern.
We all have our own influence's,but have the same interest.The three of us make a unit when writing material,and performing live.We love to make music and couldn't imagine doing anything else,for a sound to describe ourselves,I think we created our own sound,and musical creativity.
we like to mix it up with playing some heavy to aggressive,and also melodic to erie sounding.
