Bio
Image and Blindog are Ill Intelleks, a multi-talented duo hailing from Burlington, Vermont. Image has been writing and producing music since the age of eight. The songwriter turned lyricist is most known for his work with the underground hip-hop trio, Dark Cloud. Blindog is a veteran FM radio DJ, an accomplished vocalist, and an experienced musician. In 2005, the pair began constructing a multi-faceted hip hop sound all their own.
They have shared the stage with hip-hop icons Lyrics Born and KRS-One, as well as Devin The Dude, Awol One, Josh Martinez, Sol.illaquists of Sound, Cunnin Lynguists, Pack FM & Tonedeff, Ivan Ives, DJ G.I. Joe, Tableek of Maspyke, Planet Asia, & DJ Hoppa. The pair began collaborating in the group Dark Cloud, formed in 2002 and opened for many underground heavyweights such as RA The Rugged Man, Mr. Lif, Swollen Members, Jedi Mind Tricks, Gym Class Heroes, and The Pharcyde.
Firm believers in freedom of sound and public domain, the duo have many of their professional recordings online for free download. They recently finished recording their debut EP "Word Of Advice" at Burlington Factory Studios and Eclectic Recordings.
