"inCredible - Daydream (ft. Matt Brevner)"

Meet inCredible, A.K.A Shawn Morozza, the man who single handedly wants to bring Canadian rap on the west coast to life. He recently dropped a stellar 7 track mixtape which can be found here. Check out the lead single, which is a drug infused lyrically tight trip. The closest comparison in my mind is a young ScHoolboy Q. - Vanity Slave

"Hip Hop Canada: inCredible - Shawns Dreamscape [ALBUM]"

Vancouver, BC – It’s been only a mere ten months since Shawn Morozza, better known by his stage name inCredible, entered the West coast hip-hop scene, but he’s already released his second album, Shawn’s Dreamscape. Co-signed by Vancity’s very own Matt Brevner, the up-and-comer’s distinctive sound has received nothing but positive responses from his peers. Having produced, recorded and engineered the whole project himself, he hopes to push the boundaries of hip-hop with his lyrical and beat-crafting prowess. Shawn’s Dreamscape was made to be an experience, so start living and check it out after the jump. - Hip Hop Canada

Bio

the inCredible Shawn Morozza thanks you for your attention.

producer/artist born in edmonton, ab, canada, living in port coquitlam bc, out to have a musical adventure after promising debut EP Spectrum and follow-up project Shawn's Dreamscape, the latter featuring prominent local and american talent.

shawn was the kind of kid who could get along with anyone, but never truly fit in anywhere. he moved through half a dozen schools throughout his childhood as his parents, who both came from broken homes, worked diligently to build a new life for himself and his younger siblings after moving to the west coast from alberta. he got used to seeing faces come and go, for better or worse. he was always the new kid and he always stuck out. that, combined with his subtle eccentricities and natural introversion often led to being excluded and subject to libel. dabbling in drugs and gang crime with certain friends didn't help that. not one to give fucks though, shawn focused most of his teenage years on his true passion, creating music, when most guys were chasing girls, playing sports, gaming and partying. sure he had his share of that but it was always second to creating. he's been making music since as early as he can remember. from piano, to guitar, to drums shawn taught himself to play, compose and record digital music with the use of his dad's basic recording gear. he was always actively reading, so writing and poetic style came naturally as he wrote over the years, getting serious about rap at 16. he kept it all on the DL and must've wrote over a thousand bars into several cellphones and notepads before feeling comfortable releasing a self-produced 7 track debut EP to much acclaim at 18 years of age in 2012.

through being a fan of vancouver hiphop figures matt brevner and kai sky walker for a few years, shawn soon after linked with garret vandusen and the Live Vision team who took him on to further and guide him in his career. today he is producing out of a fully functional project studio and working on multiple hiphop and alternative projects, still improving on his sound while plotting shows and tours. try and sleep on this kid after hearing songs like Daydream, Filth and Pessimism from his two official projects. shawn's been given a lot, he wants to give back the best way he knows how. he represents the little shit disturber in all of us and will stand out in the storm so you don't have to.
