Whose Incwell? Incwell isn't just a producer, artist, musician, and songwriter, he's his own brand. With a smooth, charasmatic, witty, and intellegent flow he dices through the every track seemlessly. His own production is an ode to the greats; Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Paul Butterfield, Marvin Gaye, Janis Joplin, Lovin Spoonfuls, and Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons just to name a few. When Incwell's homegrown production spills through the speakers it hits like a cruise missle. It's the kind of genius that takes a while to sink in because his original cuts don't sound like anything else you've heard before. He calls it "Vintage Nouveau" and the name is self-explanatory. Incwell grew up in Silver Spring Maryland and has a deep love and passion for his hometown and his county, Montgomery County. Along with musical accolades Incwell has been praised for his Civic work in the city. He was offically recognized by the Washington Post in 2006 and received the highiest honor by being named 1 of 10 BlackMen in the Nations' Capitol to represent a Pulitzer Prize wining series entitled "Being a Black Man." In 2011 he was also one of the distinguished subjects featured alongside the likes of Superbowl Champion and MVP, Aaron Rodgers, in "The Book of Man." In this novel his turbulent upbringing and life was profiled by acclaimed author William Bennett. Incwell has also accumulated copious accolades from his mind-blowing live performances. Incwell has been known to perform with only a DJ, with a small acoustic 3 piece set, just he and his guitar, and most notably a full band. Backed by The Freeword, his talented full band of seasoned musicians whom share the same passion and respect for the ART of live performance, he's turned heads and captured ears worldwide.
