Indevotion

A ROCK/POP BAND which started off during the summer of 2008. The band consists of the award-winning frontwomen My Helmner, the two guitarists Noah Ekblom and Victor Camnerin, Stefan Hammarlund on bass and drummer extraordinier Johannes Andersson.

IN NOVEMBER 2011 the band released their self-titled EP, “Indevotion EP” (Sound Pollution Distribution), in hope of reaching even bigger crowds. Not only did the band achieve this but the songs “This is who we are” and "Go Go Go Go Go!" have also had some airtime on Swedish radio (Bandit and P4). Just following the release of their EP the band attended the “Atticus Invasion Tour 2011”.

SINCE THE START the band has focused on the Swedish market, and done so well. In 2009 they finished second in a national band contest, “Rockkarusellen”, among 600 other bands. Before the release of the EP in 2011 they competed with their song "Go Go Go Go Go!" in Metro on Stage and reached a third place out of 2000 different competitors.

DURING APRIL, 2012, the band gained a lot of new ground. They visited Amsterdam to open for the Dutch band Destine, at their release show. Not long after their return to Sweden they were announced the 9th hottest rockband of the year, out of a hundred, in the national magazine Slitz.

THE BAND ENDED 2012 with "The Beating Hearts Tour 2012". A tour spread out over six weekends and twelve different cities. New material is recorded and the band is already planing their next tour.

IN SPRING 2013, the band released their new EP "Heart" along with new single "Originals". The response so far has been very positive and it has appeared the interest of many of the major labels in the U.S. and UK.
