ALLENTOWN, Pa. - We're ending the year with a band that's hot off the presses!
Inner Sounds, from central New Jersey, is releasing its debut album January 1, and the band stopped by 69 News at Sunrise to give us a Music Monday preview.

Since we last encountered local musician Chris Aguayo, he launched a new project, Inner Sounds, that has begun to make its mark in the Lehigh Valley in 2018.
On Wednesday, the band released “There’s No Shame,” an ode to being true to oneself, while calling to mind the industrial rock sound of predecessors like Nine Inch Nails.
The song’s tribal rhythms lend support to spacey guitars and atmospheric soundscapes, all tied together with Aguayo’s baritone vocal, which pleads simply that there is, indeed, nothing wrong with living life on one’s own terms.

Inner Sounds is a rock/electronic duo from New Jersey. They released a debut album on January 1, 2019 and performed a 5-day tour across the NYC region, including a WFMZ-TV appearance in Allentown, PA. Shortly after, the band completed a national tour from 7/16/19-8/15/19. Music can be streamed and purchased online at multiple sources including iTunes and Spotify.
