Originally forming in 02, IN PASSING released a 4 song EP which later led to their signing to Indianola records in 04. Upon releasing their debut full length "LOOK ALIVE" produced by MATT GOLDMAN (Copeland, Underoath, Cartel), the band toured the US relentlessly including WARPED TOUR dates and sold over 3000 units with little promotion. The impressive live shows earned them a loyal following across the country. In 2005 the band took a break as Brooks and Troy headed out for another opportunity to write and produce songs in Canada where they began writing and producing with Robby Clay. In 2006, the boys returned home and began writing all new material while regrouping the lineup for IN PASSING.
Now, after a long hiatus and reformation, IN PASSING is making a strong step forward again with all new songs and a new voice. Producing songs under BRAD DAYMOND (NSYNC, BRITNEY SPEARS), the band is getting ready to shop all new songs and play the southeast in the upcoming year.The music will be refined from the past but at the band's core, you will find the same uplifting, fun, and inspirational charge that the boys have always wanted to share with their fans from day one. Previously, the boys have toured alongside bands such as UNDEROATH, COPELAND, CARTEL, ANBERLIN, MAE and GRATITUDE.
