InPower was founded in Houston, Texas by youth pastors, community leaders and music ministers who saw the need to prepare young believers to lead. The founders believed that young people within the Kingdom of God play an important role in evangelizing the Gospel to the world. These leaders concluded that every young person around the world must be empowered to:
•ESTABLISH their Purpose
•PURSUE their Passions
•MAINTAIN a true Identity •KEEP their Faith in God
