In Search Of

We are a 5 piece band from East London that formed out of the common interest and love of music. That and music is beginning to sound the same everywhere you go nowadays and we want to bring something different to the table.

The difference between us and other bands is our diverse influences from each member.

Niall's main influences are from the 90's era of Punk, Grunge and Alternative music. However being of Caribbean background initially being brought up listening Reggae and Soul music. Niall started teaching himself acoustic and electric guitar two years ago and since then has expanded and diversified his playing style from Metal to Funk.

Jordan's also has been brought up listening to Reggae and Soul (Being the younger sibling of Niall). However as he's grown his main influences have taken the shape of Acid Jazz, Funk, Alternative and Hip Hop. Jordan was always a musical child starting off learning sitar in primary school and moving on to learning basic guitar from Niall. Eventually he was provided with a bass guitar and taught himself how to play, He has been playing for two years now.

Ashley was playing piano at the age of five, mentored by his father. Very fond of jazz his technique quickly grew, able to play week-in week-out at church so practice was imminent. through his earlier teenage years he was exposed to classical, rock, hip hop and various other playing styles.

Frobisher has always been around music from the tender age of 7 when he first laid his hands of some drum stick and would play them on ordinary kitchen appliances such as pot and pans. The love of music doesn't stop there, as he went on to perform in many plays and school production throughout his teenage years whilst also producing "beats" on the side for underground artist from Leyton to Ilford and also back in his native home of Sweden.
Frobisher is still growing musically and applies his uniques skills to all types of genres and doesn't just restrict himself to his beloved hip hop.
