Biography

Intense City of Richmond VA draws its influences from classic rock, funk, and jazz. Most of their songs, including original songs, would probably be classified as “rock and roll.” Improvisation during performance is highly stressed. Their repertoire consists of an ever growing, healthy mix of original and unique covers songs. Artists covered include Buddy Miles, Traffic, Santana, Little Feat, Curtis Mayfield, Al Kooper, Shuggie Otis, Steely Dan, Talking Heads and the Beatles.
