"I just want to play music. And I want people to listen."
For the six members of rock group “Intermission”, front man Andrew Catino’s words are easy to agree with. In 2006, Intermission was born from a desire to connect and interact with friends that would soon become fans and strangers that would soon become friends. During the first summer together, Intermission appeared on the front page of the local newspaper, “The Chronicle,” just one day after playing their first gig on the Town Common. Since then, Intermission has performed at many well known Boston venues such as The Middle East and can be found in crowded Worcester clubs most weekend nights. Intermission has been featured on the Westside Will Radio Station for Unsigned Artists, quickly climbing the rankings to #6 on the charts of more than 1200 musicians. With a dedicated following and an eager determination to succeed, it seems Intermission has booked a one way ticket to the top.
