The Internationals
The hip-hop inspired trio from North Carolina was formed out of friendship & collaboration between DeAntuan “Knowledge1” Fuller, and Richard “Real4Real” Anthony that are songwriter-rappers of ten plus years. Knowledge1 presented the idea of starting a group called The Internationals introducing Michael “Magnedo” Crawford, a young & innovative producer & rapper, to Real4Real. The group was formed out of a desire to bring a fresh sound and energy to the music industry as well as create a working creative network for the surrounding music community.
The Internationals musical sound consists of innovative lyrics and sound that is inspired by vintage hip-hop and commercial music that contains substance. The groups vision is to bring back the original elements of hip hop which includes well thought out content, showmanship, and musicianship & most importantly fun.
DeAntuan “Knowledge1” Fuller was born in High Point, N.C. His style is described being organized chaos. His unpredictable rhyme schemes and vast vocabulary makes for entertaining and captivating verses. If music is a painting Fuller is undoubtedly the color.
To Fuller’s color Richard “Real4Real” Anthony brings the outline. Real4Real brings a laidback and structured style that complements the groups outgoing colorful flair. Born in Walkertown, N.C. this future MC was brought up around many different musical influences ranging from rock and roll to current day hip-hop.
What painting would be complete without a canvas? Michael “Magnedo” Crawford creates a sounds cape in which artists are able to paint vivid pictures in sound form. Also an emcee Crawford’s evolving charismatic rhyme style helps to create a well-rounded group ready to leave its mark on the industry. Born in Winston Salem, N.C. Crawford began producing music for local artist in the area which eventually lead to opportunities producing for up and coming as well as established artist on a national level.
What you have in the Internationals is a fresh new take on hip-hop in its truest form.
