Interstellar Soul is made up of singer/songwriter/guitarist Ernest Douglas, Drummer Cheech Barry, and Bass master general Gregg Gaither. The group got their start years ago when Douglas met Gaither at a jam session in Ellicott City, Md. The duo linked up with Barry to form a very powerful trio with roots that span the musical catalog. The group pulls from everything from blues, soul, rock, jazz, funk, folk, and more to create a unique but familiar sound. Together, the three possess over 30 yrs of musical knowledge and experience.
