Our sound is like what you'd get if Coldplay led worship in a contemporary non-denominational evangelical church, fueled by energy and musical precision like Hillsong United, and the lyrical depth like Chris Tomlin and the other Passion/SixSteps artists. We place a lot of value in celebrating the character and compassion of God with our up-beat songs, and honoring His Lordship and sacrifice for us through passionate, church-friendly worship ballads.

The band was officially formed in April '09, but our acquaintance started many years before. Each of the guys in the band have regularly been involved with our church worship teams.

From 2001 to 2004, Mike Ganiere and Brian Bartz lead worship in many different churches to raise funds and awareness of a campus ministry group at Marquette University. We continued to lead at conferences, special services, and concerts with other musicians. In 2007, Nic Yocco joined us as a lead guitarist, and in 2009, Tom Tobolski joined us with his bass guitar, and "In This Room" was officially launched.

After a few months of aggressive writing, we released our freshman album, "The Cabin EP" in January 2010.

As we kept writing and playing together, it became evident to us that we needed to add a member of the band to play keys in order to fill out the sound that we were creating. In the summer of 2010 we added Jed Wardecke to the band, and he now covers piano/synth/organ sounds, etc.

In the fall of 2010 we signed a management and record contract with Stacey Petersen (Vision Entertainment). We have a long-standing relationship with Stacey, and we're glad to have her on board with our mission! Our first goal with Stacey was to create a new EP with a few of the songs that our congregation loves.

In November 2010 we released our sophomore record, the "You Alone EP".
