IOU

The word, "Pioneer", not only describes the town "IOU" is from but also embodies the ground breaking sound these determined young musicians have. Cole Prine, lead vocalist & guitarist, David Calloway, strumming the bass, and Brandon White on drums are Pioneer, Louisiana’s freshest band formed in February of 2003. With a blend of pop, rock and funk "IOU" is playing for all ages and the response is off the Richter Scale.

Cole’s guitar playing and vocals are heavily influenced by "Green Day" and "The Beatles" providing the band with its cross generation appeal. Brandon’s mentors are the Foo Fighters and Nirvana keeping the rock feel consistent in his drumming. Meanwhile David’s love for all music is the glue that keeps the sound of "IOU" nice and sweet with his bass. This trio of best friends has come together to provide the world with what it’s been missing, fun and entertaining music.
