Bio

Irene Goodnight grew up listening to Carol King and
Stevie Nicks, she brings a little of Sheryl Crow into
her music but it is all original peace music for the soul with Rock influences of the 70's and todays music. She has performed at colleges, festivals, clubs, and churches and has been on her peace tour since April of 2005 touring the South East and was a regular in Hilton Head and Bluffton, SC this summer at various venues such as Bongo Javas, Marriott Pool side, Sea Pines Beach Club, Peppers Porch four nights a week will be performing for 2005 at Tavern on the Ridge Spring Hill, TN August 28th and 29th from 7 till 10pm

Centerville, TN for a christian biker rally for Abused women on October 16th at 8am and 12pm

Cork Screw in Urbana, IL on Nov. 26th at 8pm.

She toured two years as Jenny from Forrest Gump, opening for her group of four yrs the Hallelujah
Singers she was known as the token white girl of an all black gospel group. Irene Goodnight says she always wanted to sing gospel and sang and performed in churches for over 20 yrs.
She also made a major debut when she sang on the movie sound track of Forrest Gump. She definately rocks to the
beat of her own drum proven by playing for biker rallys and art festivals.
She has performed in Nashville, TN and spent all summer of 2003 playing for Planet Hollywood for the lunch and dinner crowd opening for Artimus Pyle drummer of Lynard Skynard and in Savannah, GA
