Iris Downey

Vivacious and stunning singer-songwriting Iris Downey is 22 years old and hails from the island of Kaua’i, Hawai’i. Currently she is playing live and recording her first album with Grammy winning producer Charles Brotman. Iris recently won Kaua’i Music Festival’s 2011 songwriting competition with her song “Flying”. Iris’ sings and plays Ukulele and guitar, her music is a blend of soulful vocals, captivating melody, and insightful lyric that gives you that feel-good sensation all over. She is completely involved in the whole artist process, creating her own website and online presence, managing, writing, shooting video and photos, and designing her own graphics.
