Bio

Irish Redd was formed from the Arkansas dust in July 1999. After the release of a self titled first album, the band hit the road. In the four years following, Irish Redd recorded two more albums and played over 100 shows per year. Including; The Angel City Music Fest in L.A. Irish Redd has also opened up for bands like Slaughter, Jackyl, and King Conga. Not to mention a spot in the Arkansas Musicians Showcase at Juanita's Cantina in Little Rock.

In late 2003, members Chris Claude and Tommy Barber joined with Chuck Driver and Kenny Reynolds of the Little Rock band Unpainted Arizona to form a four piece version of Irish Redd. This installment took the bands sound to the next level landing gigs at the Horseshoe Casino and the Peabody Hotel in Memphis.

In the summer of 2006, The band had to make changes again, because of the coming of age Chris Claude's younger brother and well rounded guitar slinger Matt Claude and drummer Brandon Ford. Also the add of Kendal Hayes on bass and wizard Keith Viverete on keys brought a wider range to the band.

Since that time, Irish Redd has emerged as one of the most popular bands in Arkansas. Irish Redd still books over 100 shows per year, and are also working on a new album to be completed in the fall of 09.

If a well seasoned band that makes people wanna dance and party is what you are looking for, then look no further than Irish Redd. We aim to please!
