Celebrated across Madagascar as the national diva, Monika was lead singer in the prize-winning group Njava, which recorded two critically-acclaimed albums for EMI. In addition to her solo projects, she currently performs with  platinum-selling Deep Forest.

From Mauritius, Linley is one of the world's premier jazz bassists. He was a permanent member of the legendary Joe Zawinul Syndicate, and has played with Cheb Mami, Nguyen Le, Trilok Gurtu and Paco Sery, among many others.

Jol Rabesolo is recognized in Madagascar as the country's leading and most imaginative jazz guitarist. Miora Rabariso is in the first rank of in-demand drummers on the island. Both are known for their ability to seamlessly combine traditional Malagasy music with contemporary styles.
