Never missing a beat, the Isolites debut CD, "Shake It Up!" flows much like their live show - plenty of fresh original songs mixed with the best selection from great Jamaican artists like: Derrick Morgan, Toots and the Maytals, the Skatalites, Bob Marley, Lee "Scratch" Perry, Prince Buster, and more.
Tayo and Coo, known for their sweet rocksteady duets, provide a two-piece vocal front for the band. In an Isolites show you might hear Calypso from a by-gone era alive and kickin', a beloved reggae dance track, a horn saturated ska song, then a sweet rocksteady duet.
