Lucas Charlie Rose is a black trans-masculine Hip Hop artist originally from France, currently established in Montreal, Canada.
Lucas has a unique and special sound, and a definite style, all of his own that people have described as 'Spacey TrapSoul'. His lower range is deep and sensual; his upper range is soft and melodic, and his ability to write and perform music is magical.
Lucas's songs can be deep and meaningful or light hearted and playful but they will all have the same thing in common: they are honest. They run the gamut of human emotions and issues ranging from the joys of young love to grief, self-love, healing from abuse, and the struggles related to navigating society as a black trans person.
Lucas has well over a hundred performances under his belt. His energy, positivity and passion for music shine through his performances, drawing his audience into the magic of his music. His good humored, quirky banter between songs keeps things entertaining and light while sharing some important messages.
