Local rocker, IVEY, is the #LocalArtistOfTheWeek for the week.
IVEY came by the studio to hang out and discuss the music scene in Clarksville as well as what it was like to open for
national touring act, HINDER. We played a little game of #HuthOrDare that totally backfired!

Robertson is about to release the video for Dawkins' song “All I Want To Do.” He is also currently promoting “Impossible” by Ayala.
“It's just so hard to branch out in Clarksville,” Ayala said. “There just isn't much support here. I'm just trying to build a fan base. I really want to make a living playing music. There is no better feeling in the world than being on stage.
“I'm so thankful I ran into Layne. I've been trying to find someone who can help me get more exposure as an artist. I think professionalism is a big part of the process.”

Ivey is a high energy alt-rock band from Nashville, TN. Growing up down the street from Music Cities diverse scene helped shaped them into skilled and versatile musicians. As a live band, Ivey brings the party with great music, sombreros, and beach balls.
Their new record, Take This To Heart, premieres September 2018.
