Lyrics

As Blossoms Fall

Written By: Micah Charlot

The leaders with their mouths wide open
The trees are dry the mountains smoking
The power of the word lies broken
And children die before they’ve spoken
As blossoms that fall before they’ve opened

Who from us shall rise and speak
Wake the hearts of those that sleep
Lead us from the house of ruin
Cleanse the Earth of all misdoin

As blossoms fall before they’ve opened
As blossoms fall before they’ve opened
As blossoms fall before they’ve opened
As blossoms fall before they’ve opened

Wake up in the Morning
In the Fields of your Belonging
No more Hurting
No more Longing
Just the New World
In it’s Dawning

The Deceivers on their lies are choking
Polluting Minds polluting Oceans
Big Fist rides with guns a smoking
Young men die before they’ve spoken
As blossoms that fall before they’ve opened

Who from us shall rise and speak
Wake the hearts of those that sleep
Lift the veil we now lie under
Praise the Sound
The Sound of Thunder
Praise the Sound
The Sound of Thunder
Praise the Sound
The Sound of Thunder

You are the Sleeping Giant
You are the Heart of Man
The Kingdom of Heaven
Is right where you Stand

Sirens

Written By: Micah Charlot

Sirens

Oh my dear, oceans roar above thy head
A slave to your lips so pure,
the golden chains of your bed
the captain is lost again
he stands upon your shore
and tries to remember the strength he knew before

Everything begins
Everything ends
Everything suffers before it mends
I am not the first
You are not the last
The sirens are screaming
We're tied to the mast

Oh my dear, eagles soar above thy head
telling you to endure
when hollow mountains come crashing down
and there’s no one around
the captain is lost again
he stands outside your door
he’s drunk but he’s clever
he knows what he’s fighting for

If all the ladders have fallen
between the earth and the sky
I must stand here so tall
make the ladder my life
for summer turns to fall
in the blink of an eye
