Founder of 67 Records

J.Otis Started his music career in 2016 as a way to combat the suicide epidemic in his community that was present at the time, releasing songs such as rise up, open up your eyes, and ride or die.

 As the years went on J.Otis continued to make music, and eventually studied at Algonquin College Under the Music Industry Arts Program in 2020/2021. 

since his studies, J.Otis released his album Trilogy Chapter 1, yes or nah, Diamonds, In my mind.

In early 2021, J.Otis establish 67 Records as a way to help independent artists have access to Engineers, Producers, and business advisors to help establish their careers and ensure the quality of their music. 67 Records currently has over 7 offices in 5 different countries and is currently assisting clients internationally.

Shorty After establishing 67 Records, J.Otis formed a partnership with Artscan Circle and his community to provide youth programming, support, and safe spaces under the name Healing Through Music, and successfully developed a mentorship program for indigenous youth who wish to learn how to facilitate workshops and how to work in the music industry.
