Jack Oliver Monty

Though raised in Doncaster Jack Moved to Manchester in 2015 and started as a session player playing for various acts in Manchester such as Rubber Bear (members of New Order/ The Fall) and is also currently paying guitar for Maddy Storm and Ethan & The Reformation.
Now as of 2017 Jack is pursuing a venture as a songwriter.
Jack is a multi-instrumentalist playing all the instruments on his songs as well as producing them. Drawing inspiration from all manner of styles and artists from Folk to Funk, from Sinatra to Santana. "Im just open to any great melody, lyric or arrangement".

Jack's songs are melodic and his words sincere, he has described his style as quaint melancholic optimism, meaning his songs are often in a minor key with uplifting melodies and have a certain sense of Englishness about them.

Jack is currently in the process of finishing his first demo, which is a collection of four recently written tracks, he hopes the distribution of this will lead him to the next step on his road to world domination (getting off the dole)
