Hailing from Maryland and Virginia, respectively, Lenny No Lanes & Billae-D (alter egos of of Ice the Villain & ChiLL) form Jack Frost. We both met each other working at a radio station out in DC. I, Billae-D, knew that Lenny was an artist but never really got a chance to link up and collab on much. Then eventually, we both moved to Atlanta, GA, and it's been a wrap ever since.
