Biography

Having been in his band since the age of 11 Jacko has hundreds of gigs under his belt, radio sessions, interviews and of course... a lot of songs that have all ended up in him having 'more experience than some bands twice his age' (mintsouth.com)

Having focused on his band for several years and in 2010 winning the BMA Music Award for 'Best Emerging Band' he continues to work with 'Kai' but after being offered a contract from an independent label for his acoustic work is now set to release his debut solo EP in March which is already being eagerly awaited.

With influences ranging from Jeff Buckley to David Bowie and from James Vincent McMorrow to Ben Howard, Jacko is already establishing himself in the acoustic music scene with his videos on YouTube already going into the thousands.
