Bio
Roy Howard, Jason Shuck, Jon Garrison, and Ukie Hart have been filling seats and draining drinks in clubs, arenas and festivals from Oklahoma and Kansas to Western Colorado and Texas since 2006. They have shared the stage with such superstars as Jason Aldean, Montgomery-Gentry, Pat Green, Big n’ Rich, Randy Rogers and many others. Their energetic live show is a unique blend of Texas/Red Dirt grit mixed with 80's rock polish that keeps fans on their feet and always having a great time.
Expert musicianship, melodic, hook-filled original tunes and intricate 4-part vocal harmonies set this 4-piece outfit apart from the competition. All members grew up in the musical melting pot of Western and Central Oklahoma, listening to the diverse range of influences including traditional country icons like Bob Wills and Hank Williams to outlaw mainstays like Willie, Waylon and Merle along with the Southern Rock and 80's pop/rock bands of their youths. Influenced by many national and local greats such as Mike McClure, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Gary Allan, and Poison to name a few.....
The resulting mix is a sound that rocks harder than, but still pays respect to their musical forefathers. Jack Rowdy works hard and plays harder. Their debut self titled CD hit stores in February of 2010 selling more than 5,000 copies and digital downloads on CDBaby and Itunes.com. Come on and get a little Rowdy!
