Recently named as one of Christianity Today's top new Christian artists of 2007, Group 1 Crew's "Forgive Me," from their critically acclaimed self-titled debut, will be heard during the two-hour season premiere.
Previously featured in late, 2006 on One Tree Hill with their song, "Center Of Attention," Jackson Water's returns to the show with an acoustic version of "Come Undone," the title cut from their 2007 debut.

Great pop music is much like a finely woven tapestry. Different shades and textures provide depth and color that capture attention and invite closer inspection. Jackson Waters creates that kind of music. Talented musicians with varied sonic influences and personal testimonies, they mesh together to forge an engaging pop sound anchored by compelling lyrics.
They boast real commercial success and industry experience, having been on Word/Warner Bros Records for two years, releasing an EP and full length album, they are familiar with the rigors of being a full time band. After fully recouping their album to Word/ WB they decided to return to the independent world in order to maintain artistic integrity and reach the people who would connect best with their songs. The hit T.V. series "One Tree Hill" has used Jackson Waters songs in each of the last two seasons. The show played the entirety of both songs, spotlighting the band and establishing a friendship, claiming them as a "One Tree Hill band." Wal-Marts and Best Buy nation- wide play JW on their in-store networks.
The band has shared the stage with many artists in music industry, most notably with One Republic. They have a new 5 song EP entitled "Supply" which released October 14th on iTunes and are actively involved in the booking and online community.
The group started 6 years ago and is currently based out of the great music city of Nashville, Tn.
