Bio

Jaclyn Bradley’s passion for music was born with her. Whether singing for family in her hometown of Lorain Ohio, or hundreds of people on stage, she has always been known as a performer. Her talents took her to Indiana University where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Vocal Performance. At IU she performed several lead and supporting roles in operatic productions and she was considered one of the most promising young talents at the school. Though opera came easy for her and she had high appreciation for it, she did not have the passion for singing such technical songs written hundreds of years ago. There was so much inside her- so much she needed to say that yearned to break free.
She moved to New York City on Sept.1, 2001 and just ten days later was in the middle of the terrorist attack where she watched the Trade Center collapse from her rooftop. Scared and alone in the wounded city, Jaclyn picked up her guitar and began to write For the first time, things made sense to her. All of the studies and strict technique had given her a foundation-- but it was in writing music that Jaclyn found her true voice. Jaclyn co- wrote and produced two albums of music while in New York and taught voice, piano and guitar at a music school. Two years later, she moved to Los Angeles. She began writing and recording songs for her first solo album, Bold, which was finished in July of 2005.
Jaclyn was first introduced to the L.A music scene when she began singing back up for Los Angeles favorite, Ty Stone. She began singing with the band in clubs that she had only dreamed about: The Viper Room, House of Blues and the Whiskey a go go. Ty Stone has since signed a record deal and is currently opening for Kid Rock on tour. She now performs her own music and is recording her sophomore album.
Also in 2005, Jaclyn was hired as personal assistant to Danny Bonaduce and filmed two seasons of the Vh1 television series, “Breaking Bonaduce” with him and his family. Her music can be heard in both seasons. Hearing her song on Vh1 was a sign that she was on the right path. She had come a long way from the chains of opera and was being appreciated for the music that lived inside of her. She continues to work for the Bonaduces and write the music that is true to her.
