Bio
I currently attend Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois (outside of Chicago) and have been working with producer Frayne Lewis (son of Ramsey Lewis) at the Chicago Recording Company on new dance/pop songs. I also studied songwriting this past summer at Englesholm Castle in Billund, Denmark. I was born in NYC and moved to South Alabama shortly after 9/11. My family lives on the Gulf Coast (home of Hurricanes Ivan, Dennis & Katrina, and the BP Oil Spill), down the street from Matt Roberts of "Three Doors Down" (an awesome guy), and near Lulu's (owned by Jimmy Buffet's sister). I have studied opera with Linda Zoghby, and have worked with amazing musicians, including Brandyn Ulmer ("Top of the Orange"), Andy Kropf ("Ocean Street"), Rich Dickerson (Emmy winner) & Simone Sello, Loretta Williams (The "Otis Redding Band") and DJ Handy (grandson of WC Handy). I love songwriting and write lyrics for all kinds of music, including pop, dance, country, and folk!
