Jaded Holly

Jaded Holly was born in 2003 when brothers Rocky and Vinny wanted to just fool around and make some music. They brought in friends Jeremy Caywood (guitar) and Brandon Campitella (bass). Working together they came out with an emo demo of 23 tracks. They played shows mostly at the local venue, the Presbyterian church. People started noticing them but they needed a change. Rocky and Vinny would practice everyday as they became more and more passionate about their music. The other two members hearts were not in it and as the genre was changing, the technical aspects of the new songs were getting more difficult, Vinny and Rocky were progressing and could not move on. It was senior year for Rocky and he wanted to make music the biggest part of his life. Jaded Holly brought in two new members, Richie (bass) and Derek (guitar). This transformed the band as now every band member was just as passionate as the next. Jaded holly now took a total evolution to a hardcore/southern/crunk band that is still somewhat influenced by an emo backround. Staying true to the 4-piece, Jaded Holly tries to make the hardcore standout without the cliché frontman. Ever since the change 1 year ago, Jaded Holly has played 30X the shows they played as the old Jaded Holly. We’re really on our own and are all we got and we don’t mind one bit. We listen to a lot of music so our only real influence is some kid bobbin' his head to music, feeling it. If you listen to us I'm gaurenteeing you get that feeling. And then came Rion Wilds!
