"Baps & Bars"

Jae'zus has had a very productive second quarter. Hitting us with two new visuals for his singles "Amygdala" and "Rolling Stone". Originally put on our radar at A3C in 2014, Jae'zus has been diligently grinding and honing his skills on the Atlanta scene, since relocating from Tennessee. With an energetic stage show and style of his own, Jae'zus is definitely someone you want to watch for. - Makin' It Magazine

"StoryTown Radio Show celebrates Black History Month"

StoryTown, which is partnering with Black in Appalachia, will present a segment from its popular podcast series. Also joining the cast remotely will be musical artist Jae’zus, whose meditative lyrics leave listeners thinking long after the music ends. - Times News

"Deprived - Jae'zus (Single)"

Jae'zus dropped his latest single on June 20th, 2020. “Deprived” is for all my brothers and sisters grinding out here to make a honest dollar, we’ve all had sleepless shifts, tiresome days with nothing more then 4 hours a sleep but Jae’zus brings that shit to life like a energy drink to work ya 9 to 5. Production is mellow but demonic nearly, showing the darker side of life with a catchy drum kit. - The Musical Hippie

Bio

Jeremy Ray, better known as Jae’zus, is an American Hip-Hop recording artist and producer born in Rocky Top, Tennessee. From as early as he can remember, Jae’zus knew music was in his blood. Describing the home air as “thick with music,” his mother kept the air filled with soulful enjoyments, whether she was cleaning, cooking, or just sitting to enjoy the beautiful weather the Appalachian region brings.
Jae’zus describes the best thing of his childhood, sparking his passion for music, being the realization of music's ability to manipulate emotion. Having grown up watching his mother use music as a form of medicine, Jae'zus naturally followed by ear.
In December of '99, MTV's Music Generator was released for the original PlayStation. Intrigued by the thought of merging video games with music, creative expression began to flow in the form of Boom Bap.
Spring of 2020 Jae'zus released debut album The Wailing with singles Joggin Knotand the hard-hitting Sweepy, which took the Lofi Hip Hop community by storm. Instrumental albums SOAP and Camp Pratus were released short after.
