Jahson and the Natty Vibez Band

Jahson and the Natty Vibez Band are a group of serious reggae lovers. United in their love and respect for reggae and the culture that surrounds it! Founded by frontman Jahson Wildes in Fall of 2010, the group has already started to gain momentum in his area of the Carolinas. Jahson has a strong reputation in the reggae music scene in the southeast. After years of being in grassroots reggae groups in his region, opening and actually performing with some of the biggest names in the reggae industry Jahson reached a point in his life he felt it was time to bring his own creative vision to fruition.
So in 2007 he released his Lp debut ' Rootsman Rebel', an album of mostly roots reggae tracks with influences of everything from rock, r&b, and dancehall. The release got good responds in his area and has sold over 500 copies thru the reggae culture shop Jahson and his wife own, named Natural Vibrations, also affectionately known as Natty Vibez. As well as solid sales from international reggae distributers such as Ernie B's reggae. Songs worthy of mention are the title track: Rootsman Rebel, Learn, and Ital Queen are a few of the tracks that have gotten good feedback on a local/regional level.
Now in 2011, Jahson has brought together the Natty Vibez Band and released his second full length Lp 'Here I Come Again'. The album features most of the members of the band and was cut at a well respected studio in SC called The Jam Room Studios by engineer Steve Slovich. The 'Here I Come Again' album is 18 tracks of reggae with many musical diversities. The title track; a rock reggae tune is a sure pleaser as wel as 'Real Reggae Souljah' with it's hard hitting roots reggae groove. 'Victorious' a hip hop reggae blend is a hit! No doubt! 'Strictly Blazin' with its infectious dancehall reggae pulse and penetrating lyrics, make this album authentic yet original sounding which can sometimes be hard to find in this genre of music.
So now with the new album 'Here I Come Again' out and the bands cd release party coming in June 2011. The band is ready to take it to the next level. The band's music is reggae at its finest!
