James Cameron Band

James Cameron Band is a young rock influenced country band from South Western Ontario. After joining together in 2011, James and the band have found themselves in the midst of the Canadian country music scene. James found himself performing with popular Hamilton based country band, the Bareback Riders, opening for headliners Chad Brownlee and Jason Blaine at Kempenfest in the summer of 2012. Three weeks later, James and the crew from ‘JCB’ took the stage at Music in the Fields in Lucknow, Ontario. As voted by the public, they found themselves coming out on top of an online poll called the ‘Sepoy Saloon Showdown’ and receiving the invitation to play on the Saturday of this two day country festival, which headlined the likes of Doc Walker, Terri Clark and Travis Tritt. This brother/sister duo will be back at MITF this summer, playing the Big and Rich after party, as well as opening for Friday night’s headliner, B. They’re success as a band is due to one thing; commitment to each other. After only being together since early 2011, ‘JCB’ has advanced towards fulfilling their dreams in the country music industry. The band can showcase a soft side, which lies within some original material and acoustic performances. But, their high energy shows, packed with crowd interaction, get people up and dancing all night long. After returning from Nashville and playing establishments on Broadway such as Tootsie’s Famous Orchid Lounge, JCB is in full force.
This young country act from Canada is sure to blow the roof off with great harmonies, energetic stage presesnce, a right rythm section and a distincitve lead guitar sound. When you hear JCB, you will not mistake them for anyone but themselves. Their passion, tied together with great close knit relationship is what has provided such great success to date, and is exactly what you will find out of JCB at all times, no exceptions.
