Bio

Singer/songwriter James Cleare has always been a
musician. From the time he learned how to operate a
record player he has been listening with the open and
awestruck ears of an eager child. Since the day he
sat down at a piano or strummed his first guitar chord
he has only stopped playing long enough to catch his
breath. And after he learned what harmony was, a
moment hasn't passed where he isn't hearing it in his
head. It only makes sense that someone on such a
consistent diet of varied music would sit down and
write the vibrant and eclectic sort that James does.
Armed with warm melodies, an honest songwriter's
edge, a keen sense of arranging and a backing band that
never falters, James has been tearing up the East
Coast with his energetic live show for the past two
years and will continue to do just that wherever he
goes. Whether he's sitting down at the keys or
standing up at the mic with a guitar James always
delivers and right now more than ever with the May 3rd
release of his first full length record "Anonymous
Party Chatter" on X-Cubed records. Keep
an eye and an ear out for James Cleare.
It would be a real shame to miss him.
