james dean rose jr and friends

 Lawrence, Kansas, USA

It will make you laugh, dance, tap your foot and really rocks despite being almost always 100% acoustic. A little country and bluegrass with elements of soul, doowop, blues and even punk. It's a good time and old-timy too

JDRjr and friends cover many genres. Sometimes we can play very authentic bluegrass or delta blues but many off the originals transcend any traditional label. You'll most likely see James playing guitar, banjo or dobro in this project with a band of varying size. Our story is we make some good music and can come to your town for a modest fee.
