i have been playing music since the age of 11, first introduced to it by my father who was a working folk musician in the 60's, i have been actively gigging since the 90's where i played in various bands (bubblecraft, the streetlight conspiracy), i have played all over Scotland and England and have also had the opportunity to tour china twice as well as play in Sweden and Switzerland, my proudest moment was being asked to sing on stage at the Glasgow Barrowlands with Joe Walsh from the eagles. i have recently decided to focus on solo material as i have a love for alt country, heavily inspired by great song writers who tell a story, Gillian Welsh Dave Rawlings, Bob Dylan. what makes me stand out from other bands, i have tried to write a collection of songs that sound like they were written in a different age when people believed a man with a guitar could make a difference.
