James Pace Band

James Pace Band

The JPB are true guitar driven power rock, subtly blues influenced, but with a sound that's truly unique...Melodic, hard-played, guitar driven Rock & Roll...

James Pace & Charles Heuser grew up together in the small town of Atlantic Highlands/Red Bank, NJ. The Stone Pony in Asbury Park is where their first impressive gigs were played, and where they quickly became the house band known as "the Real Thing." The boys astounded the press and local radio by being the only 17 year olds to be co-headlining the Stone Pony. They also raised eyebrows by opening up for national acts such as Collective Soul, Material Issue, King's X and countless others.

Moving to Philadelphia in the late '90's, they were still steeped in the Stone Pony ethic, but now also influenced by the Philly club scene. This ethic and influence bore the highly successful EP, "Kings of Groove," produced in 1999...This acclaimed debut EP has attracted plenty of media attention.

The band is primed, poised, practiced, and full of fire. They're ready to showcase their material to the world, and fully plan on world domination.
