Bio
Singer songwriter James Peden has been involved in the music industry for well over 10yrs. With a dynamic, melodic and uplifting sound, he first started performing as a solo artist in 2005 and has toured around Australia, New Zealand and to Albania. He also played at past Easterfest and Blackstump music festivals.
Born in New Zealand and now calling Melbourne Australian home, he released his debut EP ‘One’ in 2007 with the single “Tired” hitting the top 30 in the Australian Christian Music charts following its release to Australian radio.
Over the years his music has developed exploring sounds that blend Pop, Electronica and Folk.
James started Radiate Music in 2010 where he used the name as an artist to explore a different sound adding electronic beats and synth to his music. In 2013 he released ‘Apology’ a 3-song release under the music project name Radiate.
Over the past 10 years James has worked with Producer Daniel Kelaart from Clique Studios and band Remission Theory, which has worked with artists like Nathanal Wilemeses from X Factor, Andrew Kitchen from the band Antiskeptic, The Paper Kites, Simple Plan and The Hunter Express.
“Thirst No More” is James Peden's latest single based on scripture John 4:14. He was assisted with writing of the lyrics by another Aussie legend, Simeon.
