Bio
English singer/songwriter James Walker is an introspective, intelligent & enthralling performer who sings songs of love, loss & healing.
Inspired by acoustic artists such as Damien Rice and Keaton Henson, and also influenced by emo/post-rock bands like American Football
& Tigers Jaw, Walker tells stories shrouded in captivating imagery and challenging topics.
His songs have captured the imagination of audiences all over Europe & America, and allowed him to perform at over 120 shows in 2016 following the launch of his debut EP, ‘Modern Medicine’.
James is currently in the studio with producer Sam Winfield (Amber Run, Dry The River, Supergrass) tracking his debut full-length, set for release this Winter.
